The staff were all very attentive and kind. No complaints about the staff. We did have a table lamp with a broken glass lamp shade that was very sharp and jagged. I don't think housekeeperling noticed.it when they cleaned last. The pool was very nice, but the hottub was extremely dirty and not working properly. We could see stuff flotaing all over the top of the water.

I had a carseat with a baby, toddler & all of bags— they put me on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the lobby. We finally get in the room. There was no ac, the tv didn’t work — nor did the phone so I had to walk all the way back & haul my children. By this time I was a sweat ball. They finally got us a room where the ac & tv worked HOWEVER only 1 light in the room worked. Then staff was rude because we were 20 minutes late checking out because my children weren’t cooperating in a timely manner. Not impressed.

The pool area was closed and had lamps stored in it. The pics online of course looked nice, no mention of the pool area closed at check in. Our door to our room did not close unless you pulled it tight. The ice machine was out of order. The hallway carpet was filthy dirty and the hallways smelled of Marijuana. The floorboard heater was rusty. There was a burn mark on one of the bedskirts. The trim on the bathroom mirror was coming off. The t.v.was unlevel. There was stains on the walls, curtains, hairdryer, light switches. The door to outside that said that they are locked 24 hrs and you need a key to enter were never locked. If i could give zero stars i would.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were polite and helpful but the coffee wasn't too great, the lobby coffee smelt terrible so other options would be nice. The hot tub and pool were fun. Certain parts of the hotel were breaking down and held together by tape and there was rust on some metal parts of the bathroom. All in all it was a good stay for the price we paid

Description stated breakfast buffet but was just continental breakfast. Hotel room didn't have a smoke detector so we were moved but when requested a better room for our troubles we were denied. The front desk lady appeared very annoyed the we reserved through a 3rd party cite. She said several times she do anything to our reservation since it was reserved through 3rd party site. The first room was too small and we were expecting 2 room suite. The hallways had painters tape on them. There was no exit sign at end of hallway just the wires hanging out. Counter in bathroom was sticking too far over the toilet therefore toilet seat didn't stay up.cable TV was switching back from show to snow/static.
