Our family has and will continue to stay here in the future. We get the two room divided by a living room and kitchen area. Cook ware and eating ware are provided. The rooms, breakfast area, fitness, pool and laundry room are all clean and maintained.
Conveniently located but still off the main roads, it's quiet. The suite was clean, huge,to the point that I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't recall having booked such a large room. Courteous and efficient check in and out. Very welcome place on a roadtrip.
We stayed here on our way home from a long trip last week. Everything about this hotel was great except the pet fee. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the highway and to restaurants which was convenient for us. We picked this place because it is pet friendly and we traveled with our small dog. The pet fee however is really high. I wish I had noticed this on the website because at $75 a night just for the dog was way more than any other hotel we've stayed at. Most were between $0 and $25 for the dog. I think $75 for a deposit is reasonable but if the dog doesn't create a mess or damage then some of it should be refunded.
Loved this hotel! I wish we'd had stayed longer to get more use of our room. When I booked online (last minute that day) I just selected the cheapest room knowing we'd just be sleeping there & wouldn't need anything special. Well that $135 room got is 2 rooms & a kitchen. Not joking. Walked in to a full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes & utensils) & a living area. To the left was a bedroom with 2 queen size beds & a bathroom. To the right was a bedroom with a king size bed & another bathroom. Everything was very clean & the staff were very friendly. I will definatley stay here next time I come to Bismarck
The fam and I just enjoyed a weekend in Bismarck, where our oldest son was playing basketball. We opted for the Staybridge, as we needed to bring our dog, and it was close to the tournament site. The room itself was clean and modern, and the kitchenette is a huge plus. My only complaints? We didn't have any bigger garbage cans (or even bags?) and the pullout mattress was reeeeeeeally uncomfortable. (But my seven year-old had to deal with it.) :)
I've been several places in Bismarck, this is the cleanest, quietest place in town. Allows for early check in and late check out. New comfortable beds. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. You get what you pay for here. This is where I will stay every time I'm in Bismarck, ND.
To start, the room is set up nicely. The full kitchenette is great. You can cook meals in your room. Mon-Wed there is a dinner with a decent meal. The breakfast is ok. The gym is a good size. No cleaning spray to wipe benches, mats etc. kind of gross. A pull-up bar and a few kettle bells would be perfect. In my preferences I asked for an upper floor room. I instead got a first floor room. The people above me are loud and walk heavy. Very annoying. Not to mention the increased traffic on first floor hallway. Staff is friendly. The free laundry is nice to have. I'm staying a month so it comes in handy. Location wise the hotel is close to restaurants and shopping.
Nothing but amazing things to say about Jeanette the GM and the entire staff. Jaime at the front desk was great as were Amanda and Brandy who ran the social hour. We were stranded in Bismarck during a blizzard and the staff were able to move some things around to extend our stay. Very appreciative! Def stay here!
Such an awesome place :) good breakfast ... nice quiet pool area. Worked great for a family of 4.... great to have the living room area to relax in and counter area for kids to eat at. Will for sure stay at this property again .
Found a new & different place to stay in Bismarck! So convenient off the interstate, restaurants close by. Was a beautiful fall morning, & had their complimentary breakfast outside in the courtyard! If I would need to stay for a few days, this would be perfect, as rooms have a fully furnished kitchen.
