Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre.

Apartment is tired and basic. It is well positioned for amenities around but very functional. On waking up we find the shower (it looked newly fitted) was not working so that was not great. Phoned duty manager (for the whole country it seems) says she will pass on details so expect a call. No call so far. Think these apartments would be ideal for 'party people' who just want to sleep. Would not want to spend much time there. Would not use again.

Excellent location and was quiet at night. There were 4 of us staying but only had 2 towels and by the time we had realised it was too late s we were getting up and showered. Apartments clean, the one we stayed in was quite basic. Parking downstairs really easy and convenient. Overall good place to stay

Okay at best

This service department was located conveniently about 15 minute walk from the city centre. It is also very close to the mailbox which has many restaurants and activities. The property itself was very dated however it was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and the beds were fine. The TV was pathetic. However we did not intend to use it that much so it is fine if you are looking to stay there and watch something this will not work. The parking is poor but luckily there is a q-park very close by which is affordable. Overall this is a okay property for a one night or two nights stay however I would not recommend for anyone looking to stay any longer.

Okay, but a little odd

I never saw or met any staff, which was a bit odd, since I think they are on the premises part of the time. (At one point, my wife said that she walked into the office and they seemed startled to see anyone--she turned around and left.) The set-up is a little strange: enter the building through one door with a code, go through to an exterior courtyard, re-enter the building, and find your way up to your room. The apartment was spacious and clean if a little worn, and it was arranged well for cooking, eating, watching tv, and hanging out--and doing laundry. There is plenty of closet space. The neighborhood was maybe a little iffy and definitely loud on weekends: there’s a club down the street that plays loud music at night (although they turned it off early—about 10 PM). At 5 AM on Sunday a delivery driver had his van pulled over down the street pumping out reggae music, song after song. We got to listen to it for 20 minutes and couldn’t get back to sleep. (This was unfortunate, since I had a presentation later that day.) It rained heavily one evening, and water streamed into the ground floor hallway through the exterior door, so you had to splash through to enter. (The apartments themselves remained cozy and dry.) It was by no means a terrible stay, but I would look elsewhere next time.

Simply excellent.

Spotlessly clean, excellent location for Symphony Hall, well appointed apartment. Great communication througjout, I will definately use again. Proximity to the Mailbox/Gas Street bars , restaurants, shops and Tesco a bonus yet appartment itself was very quiet.
