When you’re away on business all you need at the end of a long day is a comfortable room, and the Hyatt certainly provided that. My room was clean, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. I found staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was of a high quality with plenty of choice. Would certainly recommend.

Great location and staff were fantastic. Good value for money. Lots of dinning options. Clean hotel. Swimming pool was simple and clean. Had a small pool area for my little one which was a bonus. Happy with stay.

We were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday (which I mentioned on the booking). They prepared the room with chocolates, a birthday card, rose petals, balloons and a swan towel. It was a lovely touch. The spa and pool are lovely ,though the pool was a little cold, but you got used to it quickly. We didn't use the gym in the end but it was open 24 hrs which I thought good! The breakfast was out of this world. The choices were endless. I didn't try the cooked breakfast on the buffet as I ordered off the additional menu (which was also great), but the fruit table, selections of cold meats, cereals, seeds, dried fruits, fruit juices, pastries and more was beyond what we'd imagined, and a real bargain too at just £15pp (when pre booked at check in).

This is our 2nd visit and will not be our last lovely weekend break and hotel wonderful. I am writing this review especially because I would like to thank 2 members of staff who were so great. Dennis from house keeping and Sandy on reception, they were so kind and dealt with a sensitive situation really well with such care and professionalism. Thank you keep on doing what you do.!!! Blessings

Me and my two friends visited here Saturday for one night, for my friends birthday! The reception area is lovely, very modern! We were on the 16th floor and we loved our room. They had put balloons & chocolate for my friends birthday which was nice. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend.

The staff at the Reception were peasant and helpful. We arrived a bit early and had to wait for the room to be cleaned which was ok as there was plenty of room to sit in the foyer and do some people watching. The room was ok - but a bit dated. The bed was good and I loved the pillows; soft, comfortable and so lovely. Bathroom was good with plenty of towels and white bathropes. It took a little while for me to figure out how to use the shower. I also didn't like that it was totally fixed to the wall so showercap was needed. Complimentary toiletries were basic. The location is good as it is within walking distance from Bullring, railway station, restaurants and theatres etc.

Super hotel about a ten minute easy walk from the centre of Birmingham, or a five minute taxi ride.. Excellent facilities, including a spa and swimming pool. Attentive staff and a buffet breakfast with good choices.

Booked this hotel for the first time as a short stay for me partners Birthday. Great location for visiting the city. Easy check in and room was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Bed comfy, there was quite a bit of noise early hours but you expect that in a city centre hotel on Saturday night. On the whole one of the best hotels I’ve used in Birmingham.

Disappointed I didn’t get a refund for breakfast when I explained I wouldn’t have time to have it. Otherwise great hotel, excellent facilities and generally helpful staff. It’s a very nice hotel, reception area is beautiful. Rooms nice and clean.

We recently spent several nights in this modern city hotel in an excellent central location within walking distance of major attractions, shops and a wide selection of restaurants. Check in was efficient and our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was good. There was some noise from the nearby lifts and adjoining rooms. A good selection of hot and cold dishes was available at breakfast. Staff throughout the hotel were pleasant, helpful and efficient.
