Booking in was great lovely lady on reception. Room was a great size and very comfy bed but disturbed by the heating meaning a very hot room. The bathroom was not clean, very heavy black mould on the shower head, around the flooring and several areas of sealant that was off putting. Pizza was served cold but was replaced immediately and was very nice. Staff were all really great, helpful and cheerful.

Have stayed here often, always pleasant, safe and relaxed and good value. Friendly efficient staff, excellent quality food, comfortable and spotless rooms. Lovely surroundings on the Lickey Hills. Plenty of parking and convenient for M5 and M42 as well as Birmingham and W Midlands.
