A good choice of hotel to recover from a long flight before moving on. Rooms are very small but clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many food choices and was good. Staff was very nice.

Very convenient hotel

Overall good hotel. The breakfast was very poor with mouldy bread on the buffet. Would still stay here again though as it was clean and convenient

The breakfast was a highlight of this stay, well cooked and very well laid out. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you. The position is slightly different when you are not actually using the airport, but it was well located having been to the NEC for the day. The staff made the stay better than it otherwise would have been, thank you

The hotel was pretty grim, the room was advertised as better then the budget hotel yet they are all part of the same building and the room was probably worse then budget, bed felt like concrete against my back I’ve had to book an appointment with my physio as a result would not recommend.

Paid for room in advance. Treated like the untrusted as I neede to give bank card over in case I damaged the room. No usb c sockets available in the room that worked. Food available at the hotel takes you back at least 20 years in time. The reliance on the general public not wanting anything other than chips with everything means that the food on offer is limiting.

Good size room. Was very warm overnight and climate control system didn't really do anything. A lot of traffic noise in the room. Very convenient for the airport with only a short walk to the terminal.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the pillows were hard. I didn't feel very secure as the public areas were not very nice and the carpet in the corridor on floor three was disgusting. I would not stay here again
