My room was not properly prepared upon check-in. The beds had not been made, and the bathtub contained hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality control of the room.

The room and surrounding area was clean and safe, great parking. The only gluten free/vegan option was bananas and apples. There are so many prepackaged options now a days, they should be able to offer something else.

I attended Breezy Bowl and made a last minute reservation. The clerk said that my room wasn’t ready. After I explained that I probably wouldn’t return until after midnight, he personally went to check for a room that was cleaned and ready. I appreciate him going above and beyond. Bathroom was worn and not super clean I’ve come to expect at Hampton’s through my Travels. A/C cover on controls was broken off and just laying on top of the unit. Pillows are awful. Had to go buy others so we could sleep. This trip was due to the death of my mother, but I was refused a discount for bereavement. I received a nice discount when my father passed 15 years ago.
