Had a terrible room experience. Our AC was not working upon arrival. Walked in and it was so sticky everything was wet. I tried to turn it way down then went to dinner to see if it would cool off. Arrived back at 10 pm. Called and they sent someone. He said he saw the problem and fixed it. It did not cool off until 4-5am. Told front desk the next day. She did not seem to care. Said she would send someone. We went to dinner again so I don’t know if they ever went. Was still hot all night. Hardly got any sleep in 2 days. Told them again upon checking out. The guy said he would tell his manager and they would contact me. I never heard from anyone. Leads me to believe they really do not care. Would not recommend staying unless you plan to be hot and get little to no sleep.

We were given a smoking room even though we requested a nonsmoking room. Also, they initially didn’t allow us to eat at Sugar Factory because we didn’t have a reservation, even though the reservation system was not taking reservations.

I enjoyed my stay. But I'm not a smoker. We got a no smoking room but we could still smell smoke. And there was no microwave or comfortable chairs or couch in the room.

We called the hotel weeks in advance to ensure the pool or hot tub would be open and chose this hotel based on their confirmation that it was. Imagine our surprise when we got there and the pool and hot tubs were drained and closed indefinitely. I called again from our room and they said it was open and I said there’s no water, she replied “ohhhh, they must be doing maintenance.” How on earth do the people employed by the hotel not even know what’s happening? I travel twice a month and was left disappointed by this trip. Pass on the Hard Rock and pick another casino.

Who place stunk of cigarettes. Cigarette smoke very bad. Our non smoking room smelled of cigarettes and pot. I woke up the first night with terrible sinus headache from cigarette smoke. Would stay again. Also room as very damp. Staff was nice and overal place clean except for nasty ash trays everywhere on hotel.
