We only stayed one night so can’t comment more generally, however the bathroom was very dirty/ mouldy. Surprising for a hotel. The room was reasonable and reflected the price - it was a basement room. I would stay again for the same purpose, but wouldn’t stay more than a night or two if I had the choice. Staff were reasonably helpful but as with many places in China, English is very limited so difficult to obtain help.

Small Old Room With Clean Bed

Room is small and looks old. However, the bed is comfortable and clean. Have a good heater to warm the room during winter. Overall, still worth to spend nights there

Great location within walking distance of major sights (Forbidden City, Tianenmen Sqaure, Qianmen Street). The hotel was quiet and clean, although very tired (shabby carpet, etc.). Still, good value for the price.The bed in my room was hard as a rock, but at least everything was clean and well-equipped. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent; front desk staff not as helpful. You get what you pay for!

The property was tired to say the least. The ceiling fixture was taped together. And I'm all for a firm mattress but having the springs jab you all over made sleeping a painful experience. It felt lije I was sleeping on a box spring.

A-okay for Days Inn Forbidden city.

The hotel was okay for the price but the bed needs to be replaced. You can feel the bed springs already. We were sent to the basement room so the WiFi or data service doesn’t work. But the location is excellent, within walking distance to the forbidden city.

Ok for a brief stay

I chose this hotel because it had a lift. Unfortunately, on arrival I discovered my room did not have lift access. Room was dark and dinghy. The reception staff though were very, very helpful.

Only location is positive. This hotel is very old which need a total renovation. Carpets are really dirty, they need shampoo if not replacing. Beds are real hard, I could feel the mattress's wires. They did not have anything soft to use on top of beds. By giving concerns to front desk about the room, later everyone would be steering at us for complaining.

The hotel was filthy!!! There was mold on the walls and showers, te bed was rock hard, and the ac barely worked and was extremley noisy. We were constantly waking up through the night because of the ac unit. I would stay away!

It was good. Problem with the English. Room was warm and comfortable. One of the closet door was not fully opened. Restaurant did not have American Breakfast. Location was very good close to attractions and malls.
