The room has a washer/dryer, which is really nice. Staff is friendly. However, supplies are really basic, no coffee or tea in the room, no iron board. When I asked for a wash cloth, the hotel did not have any.

Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room with laundry liquid provided. The room was spacious, well equipped with a lot of storage place which makes for comfortable long stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the ability to buy food/shopping to be delivered to room/concierge makes it convenient for guests. This probably is one of the best hotel thus far for an affordable price.

Very spacious apartment. Unique location in Hutong neighbourhood. Staff didn't really speak English, but was really helpful when I lost my cell phone (left it the back of a van after a tour) and able to retrieve it promptly. Local area had lots of great dining options available.

Hotel staff were friendly and quick when we made requests or needed help. Check in could've been a little bit more smooth, but I'm assuming it's just the language barrier miscommunication. Personally loved having a washer+dryer in the room. Bathroom was very nice and loved the bed and sofa bed combo. There was also an additional couch.
