The (multiple) rooms I was offered had hair, torn bedding, and moldy baseboards to name a few issues. The employees tell you the wrong hours for when management is available, and when I followed up on a refund request, I was told it had been issued when in fact it had not. Not a great stay and I was there for all of 2 hours just trying to find a room I felt safe in. I’m fine with dingy, but this was disgusting.
