Come armed and already showered

We didn’t get the room we reserved, and the hotel had nothing else to give us. The entire hotel had no hot water and when we complained we were told it was because too many people just showered (it was 11pm), then at 6 am the the next morning there was still zero hot water. There was someone casing the parking lot and followed my husband and son to the car when they were grabbing our bags, until my husband showed he was armed and they drove off; he let the front desk know and the response was just “oh?” (But hey, it’s Baton Rouge I guess)

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed were extremely comfortable and super cozy. The breakfast was underwhelming, but the service was friendly. The espresso machine didn't work, so that was a little bit of a key down. There was evening tea service that I loved.
