The reception was good. The door to the room is not working properly, the door does not lock, the lock is broken and you can enter from the outside. We got another room, the refrigerator is not clean, they left a bag with old food from a previous guest there. There is a cockroach in the slope. In the dining room, the almond milk is spoiled and sour.

Room was 79 degrees when we arrived. Air conditioning would only cool to 74 at lowest the entire stay. There were no other rooms available to switch so was told maintenance would fix but it never worked the entire 3 days there. Bed was not comfortable with thin small pillows. This paired with air conditioning not working made for a miserable stay.

The hotel itself and staff were nice. What horrified my wife was finding a dead cockroach on the day we checked in and a live one the next day! We could not get another room because there was none available. The front desk did send maintenance to spray, but they came at an inconvenient time. I have a reservation for here again in October but may be canceling!
