reached at about 4pm. Very chilling place can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Buggy at your call, they bring u all around the place basically. Spacious big room big wash room. Private pool and also peaceful public pool. Breakfast also great and a lot of choices. Their overnight oak is super delicious. Only issue is my air-conditioning has some hiccups, having some noice in the midnight. Otheriwse i really enjoyed my stay.

Tranquility, the view, and the hospitality and service of the staff in the resort. Quite far from city centre, but expensive food (though the food in Pantai is good & worth the money paid) and a lot of mosquitoes and lizards in the property. The state and condition of the furnishing and villa could have been maintained better, but otherwise had a memorable stay in the property.

The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. Returning to Batam after over 20 years, I was spoiled. Tried three resorts in Batam and this one wins hands down. Next time, I want to try the in-villa bbq. Sean and Michelle

Nice room sea view facing, but quite basic with amenities for this much spoken of resort. Complimentary mini bar was just 2 cans of soft drinks. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant Hinotori was very good!

Great location, super relaxing. Staff are simply amazing - they cannot do enough for you. Breakfast and other dining options very good too. My mum has limited mobility and the staff were super considerate, provided a villa without steps and made sure a buggy was available when ver we needed it. Will definitely return!
