The rooms did not have an alarm clock or a phone. So you could not get a wake up call or anything else in the rooms were not well maintained

Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and incredible shower. Electric bikes were broken. Elevator was broken. Fireplace in the lobby never turned on. Stayed three other times in the past and was not like this. Hope it was just a one off and not a long term situation.
