"I’ll make this easy. Room 1 • black mold everywhere •someone’s dry blood on the pillow •over spray on fixtures • horrible odor from restroom • Bathroom contained the most black mold •there was very little shampoo and body wash in the bottles so I had to add water •gf got sick from the room (I requested a room switch and they told me that’s all they had for me and that a manager will be present the next day to definitely assist with this matter) Room 2 •smaller than the last which was already small •black mold in here too • random hair on the floorboard • horrible odor from restroom • window stuck closed • door to hotel was not even the right size so it let light and sound travel through very easily (Now for the most important part imo) Tyler the manager. You are the main reason I’m writing this lol. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more condescending and arrogant individual in my life, especially someone who’s in the hospitality business. I came down and calmly spoke on the issue looking for assistance and you proceeded to push me off and send me to make a report to Expedia due to it being 3rd party which is totally fine, however the way you went about it then proceed to mention that you “could’ve helped me if I purchased the room direct with you guys” in a tone that most would find snarky and offensive was the cherry on top for me :) I’ve never even done a review before until now. I pray yall clean up because I foresee a nice red tag on that hotel. Take care!"
