Walking distance to everything. Friendly and funny staff!

It was amazing, super clean, silent and calm. The hotel itself is beautiful. The view amazing. So close to everything. Really recommend for other travelers!

Not what it looked like on the photos! Outdated room ,no coffee,no phone

They had trouble finding my reservation, even though I had called them less than 24 hours after booking, and verified it, and then also stopped by the hotel earlier than my check-in time to verify one more time. When I came back later to actually check-in, it was missing. But mainly, the price of this place is WAY more than it should be. The hotel is completely beaten down because its so old, and the rooms are TINY. Everything about this place was a general let down.

The jacuzzi tub had a little rust on It. The drapes In the bedroom in the clothes on the way. However it is a great location and very friendly staff and worth the money

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. The place could use some general cleaning and a coat of paint

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice. Too bad the patio closed early

We paid $357 for one night. This hotel was dirty. There was pubic hair and regular hair in the bathroom. The furniture was from the 1890’s and ripped up. The curtains looked like bullet holes but my husband said they were moth ridden. This place was and is disgusting. The staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there. This was beyond disappointing considering what we paid. We could have stayed in the montage at laguna beach for what we paid at this garbage hotel.

I loved the rooftop lounge. Staff wasn’t too friendly, even after trying to engage with them.

I would expect more smiles from Customer service - they seem like we are just another dollar sign. Bathroom toilet appears old and a little dirty. Baseboard falling off from our room 303 and just looks old and used and abused which is fine as far as rustic goes BUT staff attitude could’ve been better considering

Great views and location. Friendly staff ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The room was the most spacious room we've stayed at. Two Queen beds and two full bathrooms. Comfortable night sleep. The 5th floor was very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Accessible, clean property with nice views. Desperately needs to be updated. Front desk staff (I had the same woman my whole stay) isn’t the friendliest and can get choppy with you. I love this hotel but the lack of updates are making the price per night a little outrageous.
