My stay at the hotel was pleasant. My only issue was that there was no lock my balcony door. Anyone from the outside could easily enter my room. Fortunately, the hotel relocated me to a different room and the problem was solved.

I like how helpful and hardworking all of the staff were. From Joe and Rojelio at The Cove, to Yoli and Ophelia at the front desk, and Jack, Ruben, Jose and Eduardo handling all of the shuttles. The views were great and most everything was open even with COVID restrictions. It was very pet friendly and my family had a good time. I would have liked it to be a little cleaner (no daily cleaning), but I totally understand and accept the COVID-19 precautionary constraints for the health and safety of the staff and cleaning crew limiting cleaning to guest checkout of rooms. I loved the balcony, but screens doors would be much appreciated. My wife left the balcony door open all night and mosquitoes had me for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks guys it was a great visit.

The Cove restaurant on the property was EXCELLENT, it was so nice to have the option to stay and eat instead of leaving to eat. The owner makes the best cocktails and the food was delicious. The convenient items to purchase in the lobby were great as well and the pool was nice. The hotel staff kind of seemed like they didn’t like their guests. Some of the staff was nice, others were a little less than nice. There were three of us in my room and I asked for six towels, they said they would only give me three. I asked for 30 min extra to check out and they said no. When it was time to go to the Boatlanding after checking out, I left my backpack on the bench and the only person that seemed to care was the shuttle driver Jose. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to care at all, I never got my bag back. I called three times and the first girl said she would just tell the shuttle driver and then hung up. The next person I spoke to said she would try to find it for me and left me on hold forever. I called back again and the girl who answered just said The other lady was trying to find it for me. My hotel room was 6 doors from the lobby and the bench I left it on was maybe 100 feet from the lobby. It doesn’t take much to look at those places so leaving me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes was really uncalled for. Maybe someone stole it in the 10 min after I left the hotel. I realized it was missing as soon as the shuttle driver dropped us at the landing. I don’t recommend this hotel

Rooms are updated, however the hotel location is inconvenient. Would not hold bags for guests after check out even though this service is advertised. They were only willing to hold bags for guests that have yet to check in. I have never seen a hotel make this distinction.

This place is a dump! The pool is closed, there’s debris everywhere, i was given wrong WiFi code upon check in, the bedside drawer won’t close it keeps opening, it looks nothing like the photos. I would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price.

Despite the epidemic situation we are going through right now, our overall experience at this hotel was excellent. It would have been better if the pool and spa where opened, but we understood under the circumstances they where just looking out for our overall health. The room was spacious and clean. The entire facility was nicely kept up and the staff all around where very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back to the same room for future visits.

Great tucked away location. Landscaping foliage is nice.

Loved the wildlife around the property and the views

views, shuttles were good. Room was large. restaurant was closed. No towels racks in bathroom.

The hotel was lovely, in a nice setting. The staff, especially the shuttle drivers, were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great! I loved that the room had a balcony. The restaurant was very good too.

Great shuttle service staff! They were very friendly, informative and accommodating.

Nice and quiet, out of town enough but and great walk into town. Wifi was shaky, pool n jacuzzi were wonderful. The landscaping of the grounds were fantastic. Nice on site restaurant for dinner.
