Renter BEWARE! We arrived at this property and it was disgusting. At the entrance of the property there were 3 old mattresses with urine stains on them leaned against a metal outbuilding. We left our bags in our car and walked through the property their were dead bugs on the floor and windowsill and upstairs there were soft spots in the flooring when you stepped down and cheap laminate improperly installed so there were large gaps that would probably pinch your feet if stepped upon in the middle of the night. And there was even feces or blood on the switch plate in the downstairs bathroom. We called VRBO and they contacted the host who offered to send someone to clean but if they did such a bad job the last time we did not trust them to do better and we also did not feel safe there. So the host would not give us a refund even though I said I would agree to pay for one night even though we did not stay and only walked in the facility long enough to take photos. I have reported this host to Austin Code Enforcement and the Health Department do yourself a favor and book a hotel instead!
