This apartment has been thoughtfully renovated and furnished, striking a balance between 1800s architecture and modern style. It proudly features hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, and most of the original woodwork. The kitchen is ready to go with ample cabinet space, butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen essentials we could think of. a comfy sectional & recliner and 75" 4K TV in the living room. In the bathroom you'll find a 48" wide shower with a 10" rainfall shower head and matching handheld sprayer, as well as an ultra-large capacity smart washer/dryer set. Outside the bathroom you'll find a towel cabinet with plush bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The living room is fully decked out with a microfiber leather sectional with chaise lounge, full-size recliner, 75" 4K LG TV, Amazon Fire Stick 4K, and Amazon Echo Studio smart speaker. Off the living room is a cozy bedroom with a twin sized bed. Both of the other 2 bedrooms feature queen memory foam beds, desks, and full-length stand up mirrors.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
