Very nice hotel. One i will return too. The only thing was the pack n play we used of the hotels had food in it from previous child... just not very sanitary. But super comfortable and good breakfast.

The service was fantastic, but our room wasn't clean. I found cold medicine on the floor of our room and the shampoo was half empty and some of the coffee cups were opened. I also found an extra remote in the chair, which tells me that no one looks there.

Very good nice people and good breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Orbitz/Expedia reservations do not to expect anything extra. Booked a suite and was first given a standard room, returned to the desk and was given an upgraded room returned a third time showed the confirmation email and was questioned if I had in fact booked the suite (selected the best room, suite). Said yes the best room and showed the current price for the suites which was by then a few dollars lower than I had booked with the cancellation option. Still reluctant but they did give me the suite finally. In the early stages of I was told I had booked via Expedia and I could have called and got a better rate. Took a chance on check in day arriving at 2pm and asked if by chance could get checked in early. Was asked my name which looked promising only to have them look at my reservation then tell me Nope 3 pm is the best we can do. Strange they had to look up my reservation to tell me no, regular check in time applies. On check out I inquired if there was a late check out option and I was will to pay for this if so. Was told I could have 30 mins, as there were other Choicehotels members already there with late check outs and implied that I was an Expedia guest and not to expect anything extra. If not a choice member do not expect anything more. Expedia/Orbitz guest are second rate guest here. I was told at least three times I was an Expedia guest and I could have done better if I had called directly.

staff were very friendly and when asked a question they were willing to help

Facility looks great and ample parking. Nice having a restaurant in walking distance.

The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was one of the bests we’ve used at any hotel, room was clean but the set up is dangerous. The 2nd bed is way to close to the wall so my granddaughter hit her head on it trying to get back to bed. There is about an inch step up into the bathroom which if ur not looking for it causes u to trip as was the case with my sleeping granddaughter. We left with her eye all black n blue not happy. Other then a dangerous layout I have no complaints. The breakfast was pretty ok, should have a microwave tho to warm the muffins.

So cozy and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Hotel is tired looking. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though they say it’s non-smoking. Staff very nice but it needs a renovation.

I thought it was fine overall. Sadly beds are really hard and pillows were all air. Of course it could be skewed due to owning a sleep number bed and pillow.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean, convenient and the food was satisfying. The hotel is convenient to an adjoining full-service restaurant and bar literally next door. It is convenient to shopping and has very easy access to the Interstate. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of the state buildings in Augusta.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small. Water pressure in shower disappointing. Continental breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

A comfortable relief to retire there at the end of the day during my visit.

Excellent and the breakfast is a great extra. Good value for the money.

We were in the area for an activity the following day and needed a room for the evening. The reviews online were very good and we would concur. It's reasonably priced, the rooms were nice and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

we travel a lot for business and this hotel is just great immediately off the highway and the staff is awesome, friendly and could not do enough for us we have been very impressed with the clean room and stylish too and the service and breakfast

Overall a great stay. Restaurant nearby was a bonus. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean.

very average hotel, breakfast room too small, crowded and not so well organized. Would recommend, but a bit overpriced.

We checked into this hotel for Parent's Weekend at Colby and while the beds were comfortable, there were some serious flaws in this place. The first was the fact that we requested a smoke-free room and upon stepping off the elevator we were hit with a wall of smoke. Our wing WAS smoke free, but the adjacent wing was not so the whole floor reeked of smoke. Next was the bathroom, which looked clean when you entered, but on closer inspection there was hair on the toilet and a disgusting ring of bacteria visible under the rim. In back of the toilet the floor also appeared to be grimey so we suspected that area was never actually disinfected. There were stains on the carpet of unknown origin so we kept our shoes or socks on the entire time. If you take a shower in the morning you may run out of hot water, as I did. When was the last time that happened to you? Also don't be late to the continental breakfast as they stop restocking the bagels at some point - plenty of cream cheese, no bagels. The coffee was like dishwater and we ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast - kinda defeats the idea of saving money. Really....how hard is it to make a decent cup of coffee??? All-in-all this is a hotel to avoid. Only stay here as a last choice.
