The staff was absolutely lovely. There was a bit of an issue with my room but they addressed it right away and gifted me a bottle of wine for the issue. The facilities were really beautiful, bet the hot tub wasn't very hot. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and staff very friendly And helpful. Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help.
