Upon arrival staff were courteous and friendly at all times, very helpful. Room was clean and tidy, lovely big bed and very comfortable. Restaurant was clean and buffet foid was very good as well as the lovely display of food for breakfast. I would say having bananas would be very nice and maybe some yogurts too.

All staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size. Didn't like having the shower over the bath, that is so outdated and dangerous for older people like me. Ineffective sound proofing between the room and the stairs next-door meant interrupted sleep. Cases being dragged down steps at 3am not welcome. Food on offer nowhere near a 4 star standard. Ordered salt and pepper sqid and got some deep-fried crumbed sqid rings. No sauces supplied but remedied quickly when pointed out. Really good hot chips. Menu looked like it was put together by a short order cook not a chef. My local small town cafe does a better and more varied menu.

The Hotel was amazing and all the staff are very friendly.Travelled to Auckland with my wife and daughter to see Ed Sheeran in concert and the location was just great with access to the motorway so close and a short drive to Go Media Stadium. The rooms are very spacious and clean and can say it probably the nicest Hotel we have stayed at and very family friendly

The room was good, but the place in general felt tired and needed some love. The check in experience was slow with sporadically one or two staff members, a great big queue and waited 30 mins to get to the front, they thanked me for my patience but really you need more staff on the check in when its that busy
