The staff is doing their best with what they've been handed (things are tidy and clean), but this place is decrepit. Fresh paint barely covers rotting siding; weeds and grass are growing in the sagging or falling-off gutters; the door handle is broken, and has suggestions written on the handle in black marker as to how to jimmy it open; room smells a little funky; screens long gone from the sliding door and window; balcony framing is rotting away; bathroom mirror has rust creeping in at the edges; the furniture is threadbare; the main sign looks like it's from a post-apocalytpic movie set; the place is surrounded by bedraggled industrial wasteland, with piles of junk and acres of pavement; the place just immediately reads super sketchy. I cannot imagine where any of these glowing reviews come from. --plain falsehoods.

Room 208 is nasty! It has stuff growing on the ceiling and floor. The walls are marked up and dirty. The bathroom is gross! There are coffee makers in the bathrooms!!!!!!!!!!! Who would ever use a coffee maker in their bathroom!!! The first person I talked to in the office didn't give a damn so the next day the office staff moved us to the B section of the hotel. The room was way cleaner and better!!!!!! Thanks to them our 3 days there were saved. The hotel is old and wet so don't expect shiny and new! There are boats docked right out the decks of the rooms. There are bridges on both sides of the hotel. The trolley stops in the parking lot. Tons of cruise ship peeps get off right by the hotel.

Hotel is great for what we needed it for. It’s old but well kept and has the basic amenities. It’s a little overpriced for the age of the hotel and the location because it’s near the marina but a little far from downtown. We had to pay an extra fee per night for our dog after already paying a higher rate for a pet friendly room which seems scammy. Overall the experience was good but, could have been better for the price.

Peaceful Place

Really great location along the marina, with nice view. It’s a little run down, but it was clean and the service was wonderful. Breakfast had nice selection and the lady tending to the breakfast area was extremely efficient and friendly.

The best.

It was excellent. We had issues hooking up our fire stick. The manager came in and did it for us. View of the Marina and the bridge was really cool. We loved it. Continental Breakfast was very good and coffee was excellent.

This property has such potential but it is old, dirty and we had mold in both rooms we tried. The staff was so kind, the location is great but we will not be staying there again unless they do major updating.
