"Amazingly close to SOU for dropping off a new freshman and getting him settled. It's within walking distance of the dorms. One the down side, the bathroom finishes were a bit scruffy. There was rot and peeling paint at the top of the shower/wall union and I don't think the toilet was tightened all the way to the floor, so it rocked as you sat on it. The window AC unit is NOISY! Overall, for the price paid there wasn't a whole lot to complain about when it was so convenient for our needs. The front desk person was friendly and helpful."
