It was quiet and easily accessible from the parking area. The breakfast was substantial. They accommodated my electric car by providing a plug-in.

Very clean, helpful staff, every detail has been considered so convenience is terrific, great beds, decent breakfast--eggs,bacon, juice, coffee, toast, bagels, fruit, hot waffles with syrup.

Great big rooms. Good location. Very friendly staff. Nice little breakfast. Ample parking. Bathrooms are dated, but the beds are comfy, the tv is new, there is a Keurig in the room, and a nice size fridge.

Will stay here again. It is easy place to stay and close to skiing and then to find a place to eat. Options for theater as well.

This hotel is a nice affordable place to stay while going to Mt. Ashland. Its not too far from downtown but not walking distance. The rooms are nice, clean, and pretty updated. The breakfast is just ok...all carbs, cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, not one bit of protien and the coffee is terrible. Other than that it is a nice, clean, warm room with a comfortable bed.

Excellent stay with Very rate. Will stay again & recommend to family & friends.

Good sized room. Breakfast options were varied and surprisingly healthy (boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit)

I was blown away by the cheerfulness of the front desk staff. So sweet. The hotel is "vintage" era. The bedding, carpet and paint is all new and a very pleasing palette. The built in furniture and table/chairs are all 80's era. The bed was SO soft and comfortable. Bottom line, this is an older hotel, but very clean and well cared for despite it's age.

1960's archetecture and surprisingly little upgrading. Bed was comfortable. But furniture and feel of the room, a bit too funky.

The room looked clean when we arrived. It was hot so we all wanted to rush to the pool. I thought the smell coming from the bathroom had been my 12 year old son... We had a splash to cool off, and then quickly got ready to head out for the evening. We arrived back in our room around 9:00pm, and all noticed the smell in the room. I think it was coming from the pipes. I realized that the smell was mold and mildew emiting from the bathroom, maybe the pipes. Because we had already unpacked, it was late and I didn't know if the problem persisted in other rooms so we decided to stay and kept the fan on and the window open all night. I am a light sleeper. The sounds woke me and the smell reaked so bad that at 3:00am I went out to sleep in our vehicle.

We stayed to attend Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It was a bit far to walk but a very convenient drive. The room and beds ware very comfortable. The property and room were neat and clean. Rates for Ashland, Oregon were good and a very good rate for what you got. The continental breakfast included was very pleasant.

Pool not as advertised. Mold in shower. Noise from outside.

We were pleasantly surprised how large, clean, and modern our room was. Our second floor room in the back building was very quiet and were able to open the window, as it was a warm day, and were in the trees out our window. Complimentary breakfast was more upscale than the typical fare. We would definitely stay there again.

Maybe because it was spring, but the pool was filthy.

Nice, clean comfortable rooms, bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Staff was excellent.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Bed comfortable, softer than usual sheets for this level of accommodation. Easy walking options for restaurant/coffee shops. Walkable to downtown area. Some noise from other rooms both above and typical noise from plumbing around but generally a quiet night. Was happy I chose for price and good experience.

It was a nice little place, perhaps better than we expected for the price. Young ladies at the desk were very pleasant and helpful as needed. We will for sure book this again.... Room was clean but cozy, easy to get to from car. Continental breakfast was better than most. Only thing negative was the shower pressure was sub-standard to say the least so just took a bit longer than expected...*** Omar's a couple of blocks away is also a perfect place for dinner.

We have stayed here several times on our way to portland. Always clean and friendly service

Great location, friendly staff. Quality breakfast. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

1960's archetecture and surprisingly little upgrading. Bed was comfortable. But furniture and feel of the room, a bit too funky.
