About this property

Historic Biltmore Village Retreat | 2 King En-Suites | Fireplace | Pets Welcome

A fireplace. Two king suites. A quarter mile to the Biltmore Estate. And evenings in one of Asheville`s most beloved historic neighborhoods that feel like a world apart from the ordinary.
This historic Biltmore Village townhome sits in a quiet, secluded nook of the village — serene by design, yet extraordinarily well-located. Both bedrooms are true king primary suites, each with its own private en-suite bath. Whether you`re here as a couple, two friends, or a small family, everyone gets equal comfort and privacy. There is no lesser room, no compromise on who got the better end of the deal.
The FireplaceOn a cool mountain evening — and Asheville delivers those throughout much of the year — the fireplace transforms the entire stay. It`s the kind of amenity that makes the instinct to stay in feel like the right choice. Guests visiting during the Biltmore Estate`s celebrated Christmas season, or during peak fall foliage in October, find it genuinely hard to leave.
The LocationThe Biltmore Estate main entrance is a quarter mile away — closer than any other vacation rental in Asheville can honestly claim. All 8,000 acres of the Vanderbilt estate, gardens, winery, farm, and trails are at your doorstep. The renowned Corner Kitchen restaurant is steps away. The Cathedral of All Souls — one of the most beautiful landmarks in western North Carolina — is a short stroll. Independent boutiques and galleries line the village. Downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway are a short drive when you`re ready for more.
Pets WelcomeYour four-legged travel companions are welcome. Please review pet policy details at booking.
The Practical DetailsFully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, free off-street parking, air conditioning, and fast WiFi. The peaceful setting makes it genuinely comfortable for remote workers extending a stay — and Biltmore Village makes the time away from the screen well worth it.
Your HostsTowns Property Management is a local Asheville company with staff available 24/7. From pre-arrival questions to anything that comes up during your stay, real local support is always available.
Note: The Biltmore Estate is a separate ticketed attraction — admission is not included. At a quarter mile away, however, you`ll never have to worry about getting there.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The location of this home is exceptional. It is very close to the newly reopened Biltmore Village stores and restaurants. Our favorite is Corner Kitchen that is literally just steps away. The home is well maintained and tucked away in a beautiful setting. We have two dogs and they enjoyed their stay very much as well! The only suggestion I would pass on is that the rugs in both dual master bedrooms and baths are slippery so I would caution people to be careful. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

Really loved our experience. From reservation to checkout, communication was timely, detailed, and accurate. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms spacious and welcoming. While the nice couch was in the front of the house with a nice TV setup, we actually ended up using the sitting area off the kitchen more often. The cozy fireplace and comfy chairs made for a lovely way to end each evening. With regard to the management company, the property was very clean, and all of the little touches - from coffee to laundry pods to toiletries - were very appreciated. Finally, we loved how quiet it was. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
