The room was very nice, clean and staff was great. Parking was an issue both nights, parking lot is to small.

It was very clean and everything was as I expected it. It was nice and close to the Biltmore Estates. This made it easy to get to our tour on time.

The free beakfast was one of best I have had. Eggs were hot and fresh.

Bed wasn’t made sheets not changed wasn’t provided clean towels and wash clothes after the used towels and clothes were used

No complaints. Check in and out were quick and smooth. Room was okay, nothing fancy. Elevator is slow. Breakfast was good for free hotel breakfast.

Great location for Biltmore Estate visit....Very convenient .... Akward entrance to property. No food service

This location was perfect for us. Close to the Biltmore Estate and Village.

The hotel as a whole, was pretty clean. That's about the only good thing. The beds were extremely hard, the shower wouldn't drain, and the hot tub was nasty. There was a nasty film in the water and clumps of either fuzz or hair floating in it. The pool wasn't bad, but it was too cold to swim in. I did not eat the breakfast, but it's hard to believe it would've made the experience any less terrible.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel, I understand seasonal or special event pricing, but there should be a limit. The breakfast is the same sad fare you get at any of the "free breakfast" hotels... there is no such thing as free. We chose to dine elsewhere after seeing what was offered and being subjected to the lies being spewed to the captive audience by the Cable News Network on the large screen TV in the dining area and lobby. The room was comfortable and the location convenient to interstate access, Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village, and an quick, easy drive to downtown. It's a small hotel with easy access to rooms from all sides of the hotel with ample, well lit parking.

Understand what you're paying for when staying here. It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel, or even a 3 star. It's close to Biltmore and several things to enjoy in Asheville which are pluses. The staff was courteous and helpful and didn't care that I soaked in the spa after hours. The downside was that my room had a musty smell and there weren't other rooms they could move me to. I ended up buying some air freshener to help mask the smell. I was in the room for only 2 nights so I was able to make do. I would consider other places first before going back to Baymont.

Great location near the Biltmore Village and entrance to the Biltmore estate.

Would definitely stay here again....clean, comfortable bed, nice linens....bathroom not totally modernized but perfectly fine. Free breakfast too.

Conveniently located. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

This is a nice hotel if you're planning to visit Ashville for a few days. My sister and I were there for two craft fairs, one being held in downtown Ashville and the other in the Biltmore Village. Check-in was quick and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. Our room was on the third floor near the elevator, but it was always quiet even though there were many guests staying that weekend. We liked being on a floor with vending and ice machines. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. There are plenty of pillows on the beds and the linen was nice and soft. We only had to drive a few minutes to downtown Ashville for the LEAF festival and we walked to the Biltmore Village for the craft fair on Saturday. The hotel provided a good variety of food and drinks for continental breakfast.

It took a half an hour to check in since the staff had 4 people in the office and at the desk but only one was trying to check people into their rooms and he was slow and unorganized. The sad part is it appeared that most of us had reservations and they knew we were coming. The breakfast space is totally inadequate; no where to sit.

Nice location close to the Biltmore hotel and walking distance to a few Restaurants.

Selected this hotel as clos to Biltmore Estates and had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Hot tub pumps ran continually 24/7, and when we entered it found black flakes floating in it. We scooped some out. Also water jets varied from hot to cold water.

Clean and affordable, overall a good lower budget option for travelers

Yes will stay again Yes will stay again Yes will stay again

A good place to stay if you do not want to, or cannot pay the Biltmore Estate prices.

I am sorry to hear you think we are overpriced, I believe our prices are value considering the peak season rates applied at other properties. The breakfast is not free it is included in the room cost. We charge a flat room price irrespective of the number of guest per room to a maximum of 4 persons I am pleased you found the room comfortable and the location ideal. The TV is usually on the weather channel during breakfast, perhaps some guests may have asked for the news to be on. Kind regards Management

Thank you for your feedback, I am so sorry your room was not at the usual high standard of maintenance. It is not the quality of service we have promised to provide to every guest every day. There is no excuse that our staff did not fulfill that promise in your case and offer my personal apology. I hope you will allow us another opportunity to make good on where we failed. I would personally like to take care of this and ask that you contact me when you are ready to make that reservation. I look forward to hear from you soon. Kind Regards Management
