This apartment was modern and seemed up to date, with a nice fenced in backyard. Only negative was the bathroom had several hairs in the shower which made me question its cleanliness. The host was responsive and overall we had a great stay.

Not too far and not too close

Traveling to Asheville for the first time with our recent rescue pup and needed a place with a fenced backyard. Thankfully the listing headline mentioned the fencing and a message to the owner confirmed it was fully enclosed. The property appears to have been recently renovated with a few rentals sharing the same building. Each rental has a dedicated parking spot and the property is easy to navigate to via Google Maps and pretty much off a main road. The interior was clean and spacious. The appliances look new. And there are a couple of smart TVs. Wifi was available, but I chose not to utilize it. Pros: Dedicated parking. Close to town and major attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Communicative host. Disposal bag dispenser on the back deck. Powerful A/C. Cons: No dishwasher. Gravel parking area. Outlets in main bedroom could be a bit inconvenient. The only hiccup was that an email with check in instructions was supposed to be sent days before, but never saw it. Though the instructions that were sent day of check in were extremely thorough and helpful. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely book again in the future if traveling to the area.

Great stay!

We recently spent almost a week at this VRBO and would definitely book again. The property was exactly as described, very clean, really comfortable beds, and the fenced in yard for our doggo was perfect! Location is convenient to Asheville and Weaverville. Groceries, restaurants, breweries, parks, all a few minutes away. Communication with the manager was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

This is a very reasonably priced and modest apartment with easy access to Asheville and the Blue Ridge. It is not elegant but functional, with all the needed supplies. .And the dog was very content!
