The apartment is located in the heart of the old town in a historic building.
You can fully enjoy the proximity of many restaurants, the lake, the city and the mountains. 3 times a week, the fruit and vegetable market is located at the bottom of the apartment!

Le Balcon Perrière is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same level… Can accommodate a total of 8 people.

The accommodation is fully equipped: Iron, shower & shampoo gel, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, television and wifi access.
A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.

Perfect location

An adorable flat in the perfect location to see all of historic Annecy. An easy walk to the lake and loads of options for food, coffee and drinks. A note to frequent VRBO users: this property does not include some necessities, like hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. Also, come prepared with coffee if you’re an early riser. And there was no note on available WIFI and the service within the walls is spotty. None of those things affected our stay too much, but be prepared. Overall a fantastic property.

Beautiful city apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Annecy, a beautiful and charmig town, highly frequented by tourists like us. The apartment presented itself exactly as described in the internet - a very nicely designed and harmonic place. Don't be irritated when you enter the buildings' a bit of commercial staircase, you'll definitely feel at home after having entered these charming rooms. Due to the size, we'd recommend the apartment rather for couples than for families, yet we had a splendid time in the "Venice of the Alps".
