Apartment with a lot of charm, overlooking "La Cour Filaterie" at number 6 of the eponymous street famous for its arcades & shops.
The Cour Filaterie is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... 2 suites that can accommodate a total of 4 people.

Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you can park Rue Joseph Blanc where you can drop your luggage with your vehicle.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

This apartment has a 160 cm (King Size) double bed in a night alcove from which you can watch TV thanks to its swivel system..
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, induction hob & microwave.
Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Appartement trĂšs beau, trĂšs propre, trĂšs fonctionnel et trĂšs bien placĂ© pour visiter Annecy. Attention, il est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© d'avoir le petit dĂ©jeuner posĂ© devant la porte les deux matins oĂč nous Ă©tions dans l'appartement. Si nous revenons Ă  Annecy nous relouerons ce logement car il est vraiment top!

Allez-y les yeux fermĂ©s : l'appart est un vrai nid douillet et la conciergerie se met en 4 pour vous. Attention centre ville = bruyant et infernal pour circuler et se garer. Une place de parking est proposĂ©e avec le logement mais vraiment pas Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, ce qui peut ĂȘtre galĂšre si vous ĂȘtes chargĂ©s. Sotir la voiture du parking AVANT de rendre la clĂ© et le badge.

Super bien situĂ©, le studio offre un pied Ă  terre charmant et fonctionnel en plein centre d'Annecy. Une place de stationnement est inclus dans le logement, mĂȘme si elle n'est pas Ă  proximitĂ© directe.
