Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps". This apartment can accommodate 2 people, ⚠️ access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a fairly steep ladder.
The bedroom has a 140x190 (Double) bed and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen was completely renovated in mid-November 2024 for your greatest comfort.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Lovely property in an ideal location
The property could not be any more conveniently located, and the views from the patio are tremendous.
After checking out, a concern for bed bugs arose as a large number of bites began to develop across my face, neck, and hands. This did not affect my husband who slept in the bed below. The presence of bedbugs could not be verified, as we had already checked out. The hosts were notified and they responded that nothing was found during cleaning. I would advise that a cautious decontamination be performed.

Sadly, the appartement was not up to the standard it should have been. It wasn't clean and there were drainage problems in the bathroom. They fixed the issue in the shower, but even coming back twice didn't fix the sink. I realize this is a very old building but general maintenance should be a priority. The place simply wasn't clean. I had to go in person to the concierge du lac for assistance because nobody was picking up the phone. They would respond eventually to text, but it still took days to get any kind of assistance. It really was not a great experience. Location was the only redeeming quality. Le Concergerie du Lac should be ashamed of themselves, And the owner should question what they're paying for with this management company. When I reached out to the owner, they weren't of any assistance anyway.

Vi vil anbefale ejeren at opgradere møblerne på altanen og sove på hemsen er heller ikke en super oplevelse.
Annecy er en dejlig by og et lækkert område og meget velbesøgt.
