Completely new, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and is located on the ground floor.
It has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom.
Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment has a magnificent terrace on the ground floor.
Each room has large storage and a TV.
The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels & kitchen towel.
🅿️You can park your car directly in the underground parking of the building, direct access to the apartment by the elevator.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement haut de gamme, très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Tout est pensé pour rendre agréable le séjour (doses de café, beurre, bière...). La logistique est aussi bien huilée. Parfait.

Il n'y a rien à dire : l'appartement est très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est propre et neuf. L'appartement est bien situé dans Annecy, proche des commodités et merci à Fatima pour son accueil.
