Propriétaire malhonnête

Le propriétaire a gardé la caution de 500 euro avec comme motif un changement de filtre de lave vaisselle pour 380 euro !!! Le prix d'un lave vaisselle, alors que les filtres de lave vaisselle, en toute logique sont à la charge du propriétaire. Bref, experience horrible, logement à fuir.
