This is a lovely hotel situated right by the train station, which makes arrivals and departures super easy. It's also close to old town Annecy and the lake. The room was perfect for a short visit, and we were able to store our luggage during the day which made things very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and recommended restaurants and provided us with a map of the town. I would totally stay here again!

Family with our young adult children (over 18)adequate sleeping arrangements. Hotel was very close to shopping, and an easy walk to city center. Took 1 hour long boat ride on the lake. Friendly staff, able to speak English, provided a key card to park in the Hotel lot when we arrived too early for check-in. Loved Annecy!
Location was ideal for us in that we arrived via train and simply wanted to be close to the lake and town centre. Staff was personable and the room, though small, was efficiently laid out and lovely.
