The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Doesn't appear many updates have taken place since the 90s. Not a bad place to stay for the night after a Michigan game if you don't feel like driving home.

We used this hotel after a concert. Had we had other options and it wasn’t so late, we would’ve left. There was a beer cap on the floor (obviously not vacuumed), half-empty toiletry bottles and rough worn sheets. We felt uncomfortable. We did not utilize the breakfast as the food area was uninviting (dingy and food looked questionable to consume). We would not recommend anything about this hotel.

Became an econolodge during the stay. Broken bed frame. Toilet ran constantly. Had people knocking on my door at 5am. No security. Smells pretty bad. Limited housekeeping. Pretty sure there's a fake wifi ssid and no password protection so don't use that.

Worthless breakfast; noisy refrigerator, night stand drawer wouldn’t stay closed, toilet handle wouldn’t always retract causing toilet to run until addressed, dirty hallway corridor to side exit. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in decades.

This is not a nice hotel, not sure how it compares to others in the area but it is extremely run down. Shower had hairs in it from previous guest, breakfast is supposed to go til 10 on weekends but it was picked up by 9:30, and I had to get several new keys made because their key machine looks like it’s from the 1800s. I found the staff to be reasonably helpful and kind when I needed something so that was positive, but it was the only positive part to my stay!
