Peaceful Lake Haven - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Endless peaceful days and evenings by the lake snuggled up near the fire.

In the winter take a walk out the back yard onto the frozen lake. From there you can stroll around, XC ski, ice fish, ice skate, or just enjoy the beauty.

In the summer jump off the docks into the refreshing water, or enjoy paddle boarding. We have 2 paddle boards available for your use. Fish from the docks and use the grill to make your dinner.

You can enjoy the whole upstairs of this 2400 sq ft home. Sip coffee or tea while you watch daylight break through the picture front window and enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck while the sun goes down. The possibilities are endless.

Large living room with comfy couches, fireplace, and large tv or those relaxing evenings.

Large kitchen to prepare your meals and a full dining room with a lake view.

Enjoy the upstairs, large deck area, front and back yard with lake access. Two paddle boards are available or for use in the summer months.


The downstairs is being remodeled but will be available soon.

We had the best time!

Our stay was Great! The house is great! Started each morning with bird activity in the lake. The location was perfect So close to everything. The hosts were excellent to work with and communicated very well.

Beautiful lake house

The location is excellent, close to downtown Anchorage and all highways (hahaha it is only 2). Place is cozy and just right for 4 people although another bathroom would be appreciated.

Nice home

The house may need some updating but has everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great, central to most things you will likely do in Anchorage and the surrounding areas, and very close to the airport. The lake is beautiful and provides a great backdrop for meals. The house was very clean. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house.
