A great place to stay with on site open air parking. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and great facilities with good customer service. The only minor fault would be the small amount of choice on the dinner menu.

Very nice staff. Hotel is modern and clean. It is a mix of students’ union meets hotel. New rooms which were well done but very narrow - less than 30cm between end of bed and wall so could be tricky for larger people or those with mobility issues. Good selection for breakfast of continental and hot food. Lovely bowls of berries

Ero curiosa di provare The Social Hub, l’ho trovato comodo, la fermata metro e’ a 200 m e le linee tram poco piu’ avanti con 4 fermate si e’ a Centraal Station. Check in inusuale con desk tondo in piedi al centro della hall. Poltrone, tavoli, postazioni di lavoro, acqua profumata, ping pong, tavolo da carambola, bar, stanza comoda pulitissima e nuova. Ip nostro soggiorno prevedeva la colazione inclusa, ottima e abbondante. Quando siete in giro attenzione alle bici che spuntano ovunque e a velocità elevata con qualsiasi condizione meteo e ai tram che sono moltissimi. Ottimo soggiorno

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly and the communal spaces are large and comfy with a great cafe. The restaurant/bar is really nice and serves an amazing buffet breakfast but is a bit pricey if not included with your room (~€24 pp). Whilst located outside the city centre, the Metro is right outside and very easy and convenient for travelling straight in to the city centre in less than 10mins. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well, we were in a ground floor room (despite requesting a high floor) and there is a strange loud banging noise every day from around 6.30am. I’m a good sleeper but it woke me up every morning of our 4 night stay and I couldn’t get back to sleep. We encounter the same problem during our last stay but returned in the hope we would get a higher floor room (which we’d hoped might be quieter) or that the problem would have been resolved. Really sadly it means we probably wouldn’t stay again which is so disappointing because, as I said, we love everything about it. Such a shame. Great hotel with fantastic amenities and easy transport options. If you want a quiet room best to avoid.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Amsterdam and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent — very close to public transit and supermarkets, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few drawbacks. There was no phone in the room, so we couldn’t contact the reception when needed. We also had to check out very early in the morning (around 3 a.m.), and unfortunately, there was no staff at the reception to assist us. During our stay, I also had an unpleasant surprise — while walking in the room, I stepped on something sharp and found a sewing needle on the floor. Thankfully, it didn’t injure me, but it could have led to serious consequences. I even took a photo of it as proof. This incident suggests that the cleaning could be more thorough. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and good service.
