It was a very comfortable hotel. It can be complicated just opening and closing the blinds in the room. I would prefer a kettle in the room as opposed to going into the lobby to use a tap. I would go back there

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro and easily accessible to the city center. The property is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While the rates are slightly on the higher side, the overall quality and service make it well worth the price.

It was the first time i stayed slightly out of Amsterdam and it was perfect option. Great metro avfew steps away made getting into town a 10 minute journey. Ideal base if you do not wish to pay high cetral prices. Hotel was nice, staff lovely. Would definitely return.

Only little issue - no subtilise on TV especially for Deaf people. Settings on TV not working at all. Hotel, breakfast plus restaurant on rooftop are awesome! Cocktails and wine selection are amazing. Like go back there again in future but might like to stay hotel in central because ruby hotel to central about 1 hour. There are metro access but beautiful warm sunny weather we like walking.

We had a great stay at Ruby Emma hotel. It was our first time visiting Amsterdam and the location being close to the train station and having a McDonald's across the street was very convenient. The staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, as was check out. The bar was nice though the drinks were just ok. The room was very clean, it was small but it was cozy and the shower and bed were spacious enough.

Highly recommend this property. Location is a bit off the path, but it is right by the train station. Less than a 5 minute walk. The staff was incredible and the property is very updated
