Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Alicante , very close to beach, shops, public transport. Our room was a newly refurbished room and was comfortable, modern & spotlessly clean. The staff were all wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Small Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. It's right in the old town next to Alicante's oldest church and 5 mins walk from the beach. It was warm enough in January to eat breakfast outside. I was in a single room and pleased to see I had a fridge which is very beneficial for hot weather. They have a roof terrace with views of the castle but that was closed in January.

We loved the location and the many updates that the hotel offered. We are Canadians who have travelled to Europe before and understand that rooms are not as large as at home and amenities are slightly different. Very easy to walk to the beach, to public transportation (C6 bus to the airport is 5 minutes away), and many nearby dining options. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Firstly the price for a central location was fantastic. The comfort “A” rooms are much nicer than standard with nice big rooms and bathrooms and have lovely sunny terraces. However some tiles were loose and wallpaper peeling, no coffee machine just kettle. Beds are comfortable enough but not luxurious. Area is central although it’s quite a lonely walk at night and with no reception at night either. The roof terrace bar with amazing views was not open for drinks or food neither was the terrace for breakfast which was disappointing. Breakfast is served round the corner in the cafe which was €10 and very good value. Hotel staff are very functional but don’t go out of their way to help you, but then I didn’t need anything. Overall good value but I’d probably book elsewhere next time.

Perfect hidden gem

A hidden gem. Gorgeous clean hotel in a perfect location. Just a few mins walk from the Puerto del Mar bus stop coming from the airport. Stunning views of the basilica and castle and 3/5 mins from the beach. Excellent breakfast and although the bar wasn't opened on the rooftop bar (December), staff told us we were welcome to go up with our own food & drink. Views were stunning. We'd a fault with our a/c and as it was chilly, staff immediately produced a large radiator that was just perfect. The room also had a fridge and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Everything was perfect in our triple room (143).

Easy to find. Welcomming staff. Central location 10 minute walk from tram station. Room large and comfortable. Very clean. Coffee machine but no milk. Couple of defective cabinet doors in kitchen. Bed comfortable. A little bit of noise from the street early morning. Comfortable roof top terrace We recieved a complimentary drink. Recommended.

Amazing hotel for a great price! We had a whole apartment and I made a surprise for my boyfriend with champagne and flowers on the bed. The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer! Amazing location a short walk away from the castle, beach, and dinner / nightlife.
