The reception and pool facilities were lovely.As was the breakfast. The rooms are a little underwhelming and average for the price. I’m not sure if there was building works, we were below a room that was being refurbished or just had really loud people above us. But it seems that the walls were paper thin and heard a lot of banging. Our tv also hadn’t been refreshed from the previous occupants and let’s say there was alot of inappropriate material downloaded on it. However once flagged to reception they did offer a complementary 2 hours late check out. Overall a good stay, and would go back.

We loved the pool area it was amazing. The breakfast was fantistic and we had sea bass for dinner one day it was delicious. The one negative we had, were the fancy drinks we had would never be the same from day to day or staff member. The reception staff was fantastic and helpful every time we had a question. The cleaning staff never stopped working and the place was spotless. We were so happy to leave are luggage there after checkout before our flight a very nice service.

This hotel was a real find! The location of it was fantastic. Right next to the Marina and 10 mins walk into Alicante town which had so many restaurants and bars that were really nice. We had a sea view room and the hotel was so clean and had a relaxing vibe about it. The team there really looked after us. Special shout out to Elena, Lourdes and especially Yamila.

Mostly lovely and improving.. but one drawback

Plenty of lovely spaces within the hotel that lift the overall ambience. There are signs of slight ageing and they are addressing them. The location is unparalleled. The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was poor. Expensive and limited. Albeit in a lovely location. Needs improvement.

Weekend away

We recently enjoyed a short weekend getaway and selected this hotel due to its ideal location. The hotel rooms are spacious and feature a wonderful balcony with a pleasant sea view, effective air conditioning and a quiet environment, free from noise from neighboring rooms or corridors. However, a significant concern was the presence of mold throughout the ceilings. We did not used the pool areas, it appeared to be quite small and crowded. I visited the restaurant for a snack and a drink, and while the food was fine, the sangria was not particularly enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. We had an ealy flight, so hotel packed us a breakfast for take away, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Very nice hotel overlooking ocean with a very hip vibe. Parking is limited and on occasions it can be loud due to patrons no following silence rules. A nice spot with a short walk to the main plaza and many restaurants near by. Beach was just at beginning of pear and hotel provides beach towels if needed
