Hotel and room were really well presented. Staff friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely side view of the marina from the small balcony; the shower was fantastic. The hotel location is very central, close to the water front and ideally placed to walk into the main town areas. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days in Alicante.

Lovely city hotel , clean and very comfortable beds, but surprised at no bar or sun terrace ,we had a tiny Juliette balcony but no seating room would have expected a tea tray in the room or a stocked mini bar, a 4 star hotel but no restaurant for the rate or stay was surprising

Central hotel with nice beds.

Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early. Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it.

We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed one night here but wish we had been able to stay longer. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful with making local recommendations as well as storing our luggage. Olivia was really lovely and helpful! We would definitely return. The only downside is we were put into an accessible room, and we did not like that the shower was completely open and the water got everywhere. Request a different room if you don’t need the accesible one.
