Sugiro um pouco de treinamento e profissionalismo

Vaso sanitário da suite estava entupido. Fomos acomodados em outra suite com configuração diferente da contratada, a cama era individual quando o contratado era casal. Horário do café combinado para 9:00 h e foi servido às 9:45 h, tínhamos compromisso marcado.

O destaque foi o valor da diária . Acessivel. A decepção foi com a limpeza. Um cobertor sujo. Com uma meleca seca. Eca. E, principalmente com.o café da manhã. Não há espaço comum.para o café. Ele ê entregue no quarto. Uma fruta. Duas garrafinha: uma de cafe outra de leite, pão, queijo e presunto em formas de idopor plastificado. Pão de queijo e um.bolo desses industrializados. Cafe simples, mas não caprichado. Já q se propõe a servir café, penso q deveriam ter um capricho maior. Ê isso. Não me hospedaria novamente.

O quarto é amplo, bom armário, tem ainda uma sala com mesa, TV, sofá, pia, etc. Mas ficamos no terceiro piso, sem elevador. O café da manhã é bem fraco, servido em uma cesta no quarto. Nem pratos eram disponibilizados. As migalhas do pão caíam na mesa. Ao havia uma cadeira e um banco alto, ou seja, uma pessoa tomava o café sentado na altura da mesa. O banheiro tem espaço mal aproveitado, nem havia onde estender as toalhas. O papel higiênico estava solto, na pia.

Quarto e banheiro limpos e higiênicos, bom custo-benefício, bom chuveiro, ótimo wifi no quarto, atendimento atencioso. O café da manhã no quarto foi suficiente, mas bem abaixo em variedade do que esperamos num hotel, e começa tarde (7h30) no fim de semana. O estacionamento não tem vaga para todos.
