This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they said it was all inclusive but then they charged for all the drinks feom water to beer we Have stayed at plenty all inclusive and all inclusive means exactly that ALL INCLUSIVE not just the food. After we checked out we asked if we could use the pool for at least an hour and then we could leave because we came in late the night before and didn’t enjoy the pool that much just a few hours the day before when we checked in and their answer was no i have Stayed at all inclusive hotels where after your check out time you can use their amenities until your departure time i enjoyed The horse back riding activity that to me was the best part of the whole stay. Expedia mentioned i stayed At a VIP section there was no VIP about it didn’t get any extra perks or special attention the coffee on the lobby was not replenished they kept it from two day before and even when we left it wasn’t updated this hotel can do a lot better on customer service and the food service as well

Good hotel overall. Bit far from downtown. Beautiful surroundings. Room had bugs as soon as we walked in. That was a turn off. Food was plenty and good. Horseback riding super fun.

A primeira impressão é quem fica né ! A minha foi pessima ! Me colocaram num quarto (5) … puro mofo e parede caindo e um cheiro horroso … depois de muita briga e conversa e muitos pedidos de paciência por parte dos funcionários me trocaram de quarto. Esse episódio até me deixou esquecer que fomos barrados na portaria junto a uns 20 carros até eu reclamar e conseguirmos entrar uma hora de nosso check in !!! Isso pq me disseram que sou VIP nesse app e poderia fazer check in antecipado

Hospedagem honesta. O hotel é bastante grande numa área não totalmente plana, fazendo os hóspedes andarem até as áreas comuns como o restaurante por exemplo. Isso dependendo de onde está hospedado. Quando cheio, tem filas no restaurante para todas as refeições. Os monitores são excelentes. A comida é ok. Não recomendo o passeio de "trenzinho" puxado por trator porque foi muito desconfortável levando até um lago muito distante sem paradas ou coisas para ver. As instalações do hotel precisam ser mais bem cuidadas.

Organização piorou muito

O hotel fazenda é rústico e agradável. A monitoria é EXPECIONAL, pessoas maravilhosas que chamam as crianças, são carinhosas e muito dedicadas! Também ofereceram cerveja o dia todo grátis, achei fantástica a iniciativa. Eu fui em 2021 no hotel e agora, infelizmente não volto enão recomendo porque a organização está muito RUIM. Fila no café da manhã, fila no almoço, fila no jantar, fila no lanche da tarde. A qualidade do café da manhã também caiu muito: pães secos, sem sabor bom, pão de queijo duro e achar 1 bolo é raridade. Em todas as refeições, além das filas terríveis (me senti humilhada pagando para ficar em longas filas) a reposição das comidas não era feita e toda hora acabava algo. Isso piorava ainda mais a fila e fazia comer comida fria, aguardando a reposição chegar. O café da tarde era melhor não ter, colocavam uma mesa pequena para uma multidão ficar em fila e não tinha reposição = horrível! Os horários das refeições são apenas durante 2 horas, se chega na primeira hora pega filas gigantescas e se chega na segunda hora já pega coisas sem reposição, apenas os restos. A festa junina de 2021 foi ótima e a desse ano péssima, não tinha onde sentar para comer (espaço super restrito) e filas kilométricas até para pegar um simples doce. Apesar de gostar do lugar e da monitoria, não volto e não recomendo pela péssima organização. Me senti humilhada ficando em filas, esperando comida.
