Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos.

Ótima experiência em família!

Estivemos no feriado, gostamos muito de tudo no hotel. Não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina externa por conta do clima, então se for no verão seria ainda melhor. Um destaque para o atendimento, todos são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Parabéns para a gestão do hotel!

Péssimo local. Quarto sujo e escuro, roupa de cama suja, travesseiro furado. A refeição tinha salsicha preparada de três formas diferentes. Este lugar está muito longe de ser chamado de resort. Devido as péssimas condições, me retirei do local em menos de uma hora.

Há muito o que melhorar!

Atendimento, alimentação e bebida excelentes! Porém a manutenção do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Cheguei a pegar pedaços soltos de azulejo na piscina, as toalhas de banho muito velhas e com buracos, ralos sem a grelha trazendo risco de acidentes. Também falta um pouco mais de atenção com o entretenimento. Não há música ambiente nos bares e piscinas cobertas enquanto não há atividades, o que causa um pouco de desânimo do pessoal.
