My husband loves the breakfast. We usually do not have any issues that cannot be fixed. At Thanksgiving, a fire alarm kept going off at 4am. They moved ys to another room immediately. Staff had fresh towels, sheets, the works. At Christmas, we had missing pillows. When my husband called the front desk, the clerk stated thats a housekeeping issur, not a front desk issue. Our towels were dirty (luckily I had clean ones from home) and no rags were in the bathroom. When i asked housekeeping, she stated that they didn't havr towels and rags on her cart, they are on another cart. She did not offer to get any from the linens area. The hot water did not get hot, only warm. We usually have such a good experience at the location, i hope it is not going downhill.

I think they need to replace the carpet The facility as it has a musty smell to it. It is not well kept up as they need to clean the carpets have never seen anything like it in the hotel of a country inn & suites. Also you should not have to keep going to the desk to get into your room this happened 3 times with our stay there. Also room should have been cleaned once with the 3 day stay & should not keep going & asking for towels to be replaced for our room. I do not recommend this hotel.

My wife requested a at least a partial refund on the night we checked in. She saw blood on the sheets the first night. We got new sheets from the front desk. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The walls of the room were dirty, and we cleaned them with bleach wipes.

Beds were hard as a rock, could feel the springs in them. Bedding was terrible. Black mold in the bath tub. Layers of dust on the return ac vent. Housekeeping reeked of marijuana. Only good thing about it was the breakfast & the guy that worked in breakfast area was really nice.

Obvious signs of aging.

The room was nice and spacious but the carpet needs replaced and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Also, I saw a small roach on the floor in the hallway close to the refrigerator.

The property was absolutely terrible. Very, very dirty. My second time staying in there, I was trying to give him another chance. This trip we stayed there for five nights. Carpet needs to be replaced, bathtub gross, furniture terrible and and dirty, wallpaper falling off the walls. Staff doesn’t care. They weren’t helpful. There was one employee in the morning. She was very nice and courteous. That’s the only thing I can say I positive about the property. I will not being staying there again.
