My husband loves the breakfast. We usually do not have any issues that cannot be fixed. At Thanksgiving, a fire alarm kept going off at 4am. They moved ys to another room immediately. Staff had fresh towels, sheets, the works. At Christmas, we had missing pillows. When my husband called the front desk, the clerk stated thats a housekeeping issur, not a front desk issue. Our towels were dirty (luckily I had clean ones from home) and no rags were in the bathroom. When i asked housekeeping, she stated that they didn't havr towels and rags on her cart, they are on another cart. She did not offer to get any from the linens area. The hot water did not get hot, only warm. We usually have such a good experience at the location, i hope it is not going downhill.

Housekeeping is a 0/10. Carpet was disgusting. Sheets had not been changed in the room. Had dirt, hair ties and fresh makeup stains on the sheets. Had to get new room because of it. New room had cleaner sheets but still gross carpet and the sink leaked straight to the floor. Air made an awful sound so had to turn off to sleep. Went up to front desk to ask for earplugs it was so bad. They said they would get maintenance there the next day. Will never stay again. Have stayed in lots of hotels and this is first bad review like this.

I changed rooms the first night because the television didn’t work, there were no shower curtains for the shower and the carpet in the room was rolled up in waves. The second room was ok. The breakfast on Tuesday was inedible. I ended up throwing it in the trash. The French toast was so hard that you couldn’t cut it with a knife. The eggs were hard and cold. The biscuits were really hard. I had previously stayed here a few years ago and thought that it was an excellent facility. I am surprised that the facility is in the shape that it is in now. When I checked in, I was informed that the room would only be serviced every three days. The bright spot of my stay was the courtesy of the desk clerk. Each one was pleasant and helpful. Is this facility acceptable by today’s standards, yes. Would I stay there again, highly unlikely.

I had emailed the hotel to let them we were not coming on Friday and because we were late checking in on Sat they canceled our room. So someone has my 247.00 and I want a refund… THE HOTEL CANCELLED MY RESERVATION FOR SATURDAY, Plus I purchased the insurance extra from Expedia so I feel I definitely should be refunded the amount for Saturday night.

The carpet was badly stained, there was a brown liquid stain on the floor under the bathroom sink, the sitting chair had a nasty stain on it so you didn’t want to sit on it, the phone in room did not work, the tv was small and had terrible color and it didn’t work when I arrived, and the halls reaked a terrible mildew odor, the water was barley warm in the shower. But the bed was ok.

There was literally a butt crack stain on the couch. There were cockroaches around the room. The carpets were dirty, and there was mildew in the shower. The air conditioning wouldn’t shut off all night. There was dirt and dust all over the fixtures and the corners of the carpet. The room was big! Big and dirty.
