The staff here was excellent! Korie on the other hand was beyond excellent. Had a hiccups with our room when we checked in but the staff corrected it and made it better. 100% would stay here again.

My husband and I have been staying in hotels for a while now with our toddler. We normally rent a king room with a fridge because our toddler has specific dietary restrictions and we need to keep his food refrigerated. We arrived to the room and put everything in the refrigerator, by next morning when we had to feed our child all the food in this fridge wasn’t cold at all. One is expecting to have the right temperature so it can be kept cold, so we had 2 meals and a carton of milk that we had to discard due to this problem. We only stayed one night because we are on our way to Kansas and this was very upsetting and disappointing because we haven’t had a problem like that with any other hotel and this one was supposed to be one in the higher end. My husband brought up the issue to front desk but nothing was done, we just cut our losses, threw the food and had our toddler crying of hunger. Pretty much ruined the whole experience.

It was very clean. All areas I entered were very well kept. Staff was very friendly. A little noisy due to location of the building. Overall not terrible. I wish the pool was available for our trip.

my usual hotel was booked & this is where i ended up. lobby was beautiful, employee at the desk was very kind. even asked if i was comfortable on the first floor “because some women don’t feel safe staying there when traveling” kind of made me nervous as if they’ve had issues in the past but i did appreciate the consideration! bathroom wasn’t the cleanest specially in the shower. the other guest were extremely inconsiderate, slammed doors & yelled up & down the hallway til after 4am (no they weren’t children, grown ass adults) clearly drunk. i felt very uncomfortable the entire stay but toughed it out because it was only one night. needless to say i personally won’t be back.

2025 Deco Crete business trip

Room/shower had hair in it that didn’t belong to me. Shower had mold in the track and brown streaks on the wall. Desk has spill marks down the front of the drawers. Mirror had fingerprints from previous guests. The soaps in the shower were open containers that could easily be tampered with from previous guests. I purchased this room in hopes of a comfortable, clean stay for my business trip but had a hard time feeling comfortable with the obvious signs of the previous guests surrounding me.

Needs Better Communication About Pool Updates

Pool was supposed to be open on 2/23/2025 but when we stayed on 2/26/2025, it still wasn’t open. Whole purpose of our trip was to come up and stay in a nice hotel with a a hot tub, go shopping at the mall and try a few breweries. The location of the hotel was great but I was very very disappointed with the pool area situation. From desk girl was nice but managers were no where to be found to see about how to rectify the hot tub issue.
