"Amazing Stay at Lucerna Ensenada Lucerna Hotel in Ensenada completely exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of business-friendly and resort relaxation, this is it.The Room: Spacious, modern, and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the blackout curtains actually work — I slept great. Strong AC, good WiFi, and a safe big enough for a laptop. The Property: Beautifully maintained with a gorgeous pool area. The gardens and koi pond make it feel like an oasis right in the city. Everything feels upscale but not stuffy.The Food: Los Lagos Restaurant was a standout. Breakfast buffet had everything from chilaquiles to fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. Had dinner there too — the seafood was fresh and the margaritas were perfect.The Staff: This is what really made it 5 stars. Front desk, restaurant, housekeeping — everyone was genuinely warm and went out of their way to help. Valet parking was fast and secure.Location: Walking distance to the malecón and Riviera Cultural Center. Super safe area and easy to get an Uber to Valle de Guadalupe for wine tours.Best hotel in Ensenada hands down. Already planning to come back."
