"There were a few awesome staff members. Overall though not so much. All the amenities were open as advertised when booking but when we arrived some were “closed until further noticed.” The restaurants weren’t open when they were advertised that they would be. We stood in a long line to check in at 4pm and once we got to the service counter we were told that our room wasn’t ready and that we would have to rejoin the long line again after 20 minutes. We weren’t able to get into our room until about 4:40, 40 minutes after our check in time.
Overall, outside of the amenities being falsely advertised, I feel that this place was highly understaffed and things could have gone much smoother if they were properly staffed. "
