DO NOT LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU- this place is a dump! I was first checked into a room that was not the upgraded room I booked and prepaid. When I asked for the proper room, I got the silent treatment and annoyance from the guy who was at the desk. The room itself was not too clean, with stuff on the floor, spots in the bathroom, hair in the tub, smears on the mirror, and mystery liquid by the fridge. And it smelled like fried chicken. The tv remote didn’t work and when I inquired about it, the same guy changed the battery and tossed it back at me without saying a word. It still didn’t work. The smoke alarm was missing, which I’m pretty sure violates fire code. The microwave and tv were both unplugged and required moving a whole cabinet to plug them in. The carpet going upstairs was worn and coming up in the center, creating a potential tripping hazard. Breakfast options included waffles, 2 dry cereals, and some sad fruit. The toilet paper holder was broken and covered in dust. There was no closet, hangers, suitcase stand, ironing board…none of the usual basics. The dingy toilet was loose, and the box of tissue stuck to the countertop when I moved it. The hallway carpet clearly had not been vacuumed in a while, and there was no trash can in my room. The amenities list daily housekeeping, but I stayed in my room for three nights and never saw anything cleaned in my room the whole time. The only reason I stayed was because I booked a package and couldn’t get a refund.

Even though they were doing a renovation it was still clean and quiet rooms were pretty nice needs more storage like closets but other than that it was a nice stay

I was unable to stay after they did not have the wheelchair accessible room available that I had called ahead to ensure was available. I paid ahead of time, got the insurance and am being told I cannot get my money back.

I liked the area because there's lots of stores and restaurants, but i want stay here again because we stood in the waiting room 20 minutes because no one was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. There was mold and mildew in and around the tub, especially to the top of the shower head. The floors in the room were dirty and looked like a mop haven't touched them in months, and socks were under the bed, who knows how long they've been there. Will I stay here again? No way I can do better and so can you motel eight.

Nice remodel in progress, and clean rooms. Breakfast was very basic, cereal and waffles. Staff was friendly and responsive. The room lacked a place to hang clothes.

Very convenient. Room was poorly equipped. No place to hang clothes, no hangers, no hooks, no closet. Hall way was lined with mattresses, looked terrible. Son and wife rented a 2nd room, they are profoundly deaf, tv didn't have closed caption, office staff checked it and said they couldn't help. We switched our TV with theirs.
