"New water park was awesome kids had a blast. Hotel stuff was very helpful and courteous .we initially had a 2 Queen bed room, however
My wife had an operation day earlier and we wanted to get a cot bed for one of our kids so she could sleep by herself. When stuff heard our request they send one free of charge to us. Empathy goes a long way. This is our 4th visit and many more to come. Thank you.
